Return and Exchange Policy

Eligibility:

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
• To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

• Please contact our Customer Service team at info@shopmodernlounge.com to initiate a return or exchange request.
• Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the return or exchange.

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases of damaged or defective items.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items.
• Customers have up to 30 days to return purchased items.

Refunds and Exchanges:

• Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned items. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method after the item is received and inspected by the Modern Lounge team.
• If you request an exchange, we will ship the replacement item once the original item is received and inspected.

Damaged or Defective Items:

• In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items:

• All sales are final on “Sale” items.
• Holiday items will not be eligible for returns or exchanges after the pertaining holiday occurs.   
• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used or washed, such as pillows and blankets.
